DESC: Delete entire description and replace with the following: Provide all supervision, plant, labor, material and equipment necessary to perform all work in connection with the testing for hazardous waste, pumping, cleaning, transporting and disposal of hazardous/non-hazardous waste material, contained in oil/water separators, in various facilities, at Fort Drum, NY in strict accordance with the Statement of Work, specifications, drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 4953. This will be unrestricted procurement issued under the authority of FAR Subpart 19.10, Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program using FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The contract type shall be a "Firm Fixed Price Requirements Contract" with 1 base year and 4 option years. The anticipated Request for Quote (RFQ) issue/posting date will be on or about 14 August 2000. Note: The DUE DATE for the RFQ shall be 15 days after actual issuance/posting date on Fort Drums Web page. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered. The RFQ will not be mailed out, hardcopies will not be provided and no RFQ mailing list will be maintained. Interested parties must download the RFQ from the Fort Drum Contracting Web page. All sources wishing to quote are required to monitor the Fort Drum Contracting Web page for any/all amendments to the RFQ. Failure to respond to any amendments may render the quote as non-responsive.
