Controlled Access will provide routine and emergency maintenance of Hirsch Momentum hardware, software, and field devices to include closed circuit television. Controlled Access is the only known distributor of the Hirsch momentum system on the east coast and is the only known vendor authorized to maintain the equipment by the manufacturer. See Note 22.
