Pendleton, California is hereby seeking companies who have the
capabilities to upgrade/replace an existing Programmable Logic
Controller (PLC) for Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) Fueling Systems and
to perform preventative maintenance, inspection and repair of the CNG
Fueling Stations. In addition, contractors will be required to have an
instrument package that will remotely and locally access the CNG
system controller (PLC). The systems that the Government currently has
are GE 90-30 programmable logic controllers (PLC) and Alert II
Operator Interface. No solicitation exists; therefore, do not request
a copy of the solicitation. If a solicitation is released it will be
synopsized in the CBD and on the NAVFAC Electronic Solicitation Website
(http://esol.navfac.navy.mil). It is the potential offeror's
responsibility to monitor these sites for the release of any
solicitation or synopsis. While the Government acknowledges that many
companies have the capability to performany one or even several of
these functions, the Government expects to contract with a firm that
has the overall capability to manage this effort, including critical

This synopsis is for information and planning purposes only, and is not
to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the
Government pay for information solicited. Respondents will not be

firm cannot respond to a solicitation at a later date. The Government
reserves the right to consider a small business or 8(a) set-aside
