FISC NORVA Det Phila intends to solicit for Family Service Center support at the Naval Air Station, Meridian, MS (NASMER). Services include but are not limited to: complete reception, office and word processing services; financial counseling, clinical social work, marriage and family counseling, psychological counseling, family advocacy counseling, information and referral for available social services programs, transition/relocation counseling to/from the community and to/from federal service to the private sector, and computer support for current required systems and software. A Firm Fixed Price Contract is anticipated. The contract shall consist of a base year and two one year option periods. The solicitation shall require the submission of technical and cost/price proposals. This acquisition is set aside 100% for small business firms who qualify under SIC Code 8322 with a size standard of $5M.
