(SAMHSA), through the General Acquisitions Branch, PSC, plans to award
a five (5) month sole source simplified acquistion to the National
Center on Addiction and Substance Abuse at Columbia University. The
purpose of this simplified acquisition is to conduct trend analysis
from the National Survey of American Attitudes on Substance Abuse 2000
and earlier surveys. The analysis will provide valuable additional
information currently available about trends in attitudes of teenagers
and others who influence them related to substance abuse. "See Notes
