S -- HOSPITAL LINEN SERVICE SOL NHDP-00-R-0013 POC Suzanne Shumate, 225-756-3786(FAX), 225-756-3787 (V) The National Hansen's Disease Programs (NHDP), a long-term health care facility for patients with Hansen's Disease, requires hospital linen services at the government leased spaces at Summit Hospital, Baton Rouge LA. Items include sheets, pillowcases, blankets, bedspreads, bath towels, wash cloths, patient gowns and laundry bags. The services shall include maintaining of inventory, delivery of clean linen twice daily (before 8 a.m. and again in the evening) to replenish linen supply to par level, daily pick up of soiled linen and linen replacement as needed. The base period of the contract shall be from date of award for a period of one year, with two one-year options to renew. Solicitation NO. NHDP-00-R-0013 will be issued on or about August 11, 2000.
