Services shall be performed at the contractor's facility in accordance with commercial practices and all federal and state regulations. The service entails daily pick-up and delivery to multiple sites. This acquisition will be accomplished using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Parts 12 and 13. The Government will evaluate offers utilizing Price Performance Trade Off (PPTO) procedures. This acquisition will be advertised as a small business set-aside with Standard Industrial Code 7218 and small business size standard of $10.5M. The performance period is one base year beginning 1 Oct 00 through 30 Sep 01, and four one-year option periods.
