The VA Puget Sound Health Care System, 1660 So. Columbian Way, Seattle, Washington, 98108, Seattle and Tacoma Divisions, has a need for 24 hour/day, 7 day/week Ambulance Service for eligible beneficiaries. The services required in this solicitation will cover all of Western Washington and may include Eastern Washington and the states of Oregon and Idaho. Term of contract to be October 1, 2000, or date of award, through September 30, 2001, with provisions for 2 (two) 1 (one) year options. The Standard Industrial Classification Code for this procurement is 4119. Solicitation packages to be available on or about August 15, 1999. Offers are due on or about September 7, 1999. The Government reserves the right to award this contract on an other than lowest price, based upon a technical evaluation, which will be assessed prior to award. A multiple award is contemplated.
