Pre-solicitation Notice: The work includes provisions of all labor, materials, and equipment for demolition of portions of an existing bulkhead, concrete slabs and deck, relocation of drainage catch basin and associated piping, removal and disposal of hydrocarbon impacted soil and the installation of a rock slope protection and related work at the Naval Marine Corps Reserve Center, Alameda, CA. The estimated construction cost is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This procurement is unrestricted. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1799 and the related small business size standard is $11,500,000. The contract will be awarded to the firm providing the proposal with the best value to the Government using criteria outlined in the solicitation.
