The work includes: replacing roofing; providing an exterior insulation and finish system; new concrete repair or replacement; new masonry and repair of existing masonry; providing a roof access ladder; providing a mezzanine; repair or replacement of metal building panel and soffit damage; repair of finishes including gypsum board, reflected ceiling, vinyl composition tile, painting, glazing; and other building repair work. The magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000 to $250,000. Estimated completion date is 120 days after Notice to Proceed. There will only be one award from this solicitation. Therefore, all Bidders must submit their bids on an "all or none basis". The solicitation package will be issued hard copy Free of Charge. Note: In accordance with FAR 5.102-3, Western procurement officials will be limiting availability of the solicitation package.
