The work consists of Demolishing (3) 50 feet long x 6 feet fixed binwall boat docks. Salvage concrete and rock material for reuse. Construct three (3) new 50 feet long x 6 feet fixed binwall boat docks including pile support, complete with rubber fenders,boat cleats and access ramp. Construct approximately 200 L.F. bulkhead binwall extension out 14 inches from the existing binwall bulkhead wall. Provide utilities in bulkhead extension and pin concrete cap into existing cap at top of wall. Provide an additional power circuit to utility power pedestals from comfort station area NPCI power panel. The estimated cost is between $250,000 and $500,000.
