Application of erosion control measures to include but not limited to the placement of water diversion fences upstream of construction activities to divert flow around construction site, placement of silt checks and/or fabric fence down stream of construction activities and at the toe of stream banks below distrubed areas subject to erosion. Repair bedding beneath existing in-place Cable Concrete Mat. Cable Concrete Mat shall be disassembled at section joints and folded back or removed to expose areas to receive bedding. Stream bed beneath the mat shall be back-filled with No. 6 crushed stone and smoothed graded to allow reinstallation of the concrete mat. Repair scour holes in stream bed. Backfill scour holes with 12" -- 24" crushed limestone shot-rock level with existing surrounding stream bed. Repair erosion at existing CMP culvert on entrance road leading into Site 1, Craig Village Crossing Point. Repair shall consist of 6" -- 9" crushed limestone aggregate placed around the upstream and downstream entrances to the CMP culvert forming a rip rap headwall. Rip Rap headwalls shall be constructed to a thickness of not less than 18". The period of performance is 45 calendar days. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed contract. The estimated range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1629 for this acquisition the average annual receipts of concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $27.5 million.
