The objective of this market research is to determine if inspection, testing, and maintenance (preventive, corrective, and repair_emergency and urgent) of installed fire extinguishing and automatic fire alarm systems is customarily available in the commercial market and to determine the most suitable method for acquiring the services. The results of this research will determine commercial practices for the method of contracting, types of contracts, performance standards, and methods of inspection. Contractor shall provide management, personnel, equipment, materials, parts, tools, and labor to inspect, test, maintain, and repair the electrical aspect of fire extinguishing and automatic fire alarm systems to ensure serviceability and operation.
