66 -- RETROFIT KITS FOR MULTI-PURPOSE STROKE RASTER DISPLAY MONITOR SOL N68335-00-Q-0211 DUE 082100 POC Ms. Dawn Chartier, Code 25211DC, Mailstop B129-2, (732) 323-2933 The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ intends to enter into negotiations on a sole source basis with Systems & Electronics Inc. (SEI) to procure the development, production and delivery of Retrofit Kits to their Multi Purpose Stroke/Raster Display (MPSRD) Monitor for the Consolidated Automated Support System (CASS). SEI will also be required to provide 2 months of technical support including any necessary travel required. As the designer, developer and manufacturer of the original MPSRD, SEI is the only known company capable of providing the retrofit kits to the MPSRD. The Government does not own the drawings and data for the MPSRD. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
