The study will explore the association between DRB1*0401 and other RA associated HLA DRB1 alleles and arthritis after Lyme vaccine. In addition, the study will examine whether those with arthritis after Lyme vaccine have T-cells that are reactive to OspA and LFA-1. No solicitation will be issued, therefore, requests for such will be considered non-responsive. This purchase order is being issued on a sole source basis because the contractor is a leader in research among the Schools of Medicine in the U.S and has been a leader in research on Lyme disease.
