The Department of State, Office of Acquisition Management seeks potential offerors to support and maintain installed systems, operate a centralized integration repair facility, create and maintain documentation for installed systems, install upgraded and new systems and software, and train DOS personnel. The primary focus of this procurement is the on-going support and maintenance of installed consular systems as well as the management and operation of the centralized integration and repair facility (IRF). Upgrading of installed systems and retraining of DOS personnel are also important objectives. A SECRET facility security clearance is required and must be obtained prior to contract award.
