The purpose of this synopsis is to sought advise and assistance from the Industrial Market, for planning and/or preparation purposes to procure Information Technology services, including telecommunications services for the Mystic Star Systems. The Government is in the process of relocating existing computers, switching matrix/software and encryption devices located at 789th Communications Squadron, Andrews AFB, MD. The installation and required engineering will include specific communications interface functions and Local area Networks using analog and digital voice and data. The installation will support communications for Special Air Missions Communication (SAMCOM). The Government is soliciting capability statements from interested parties capable of performing classified communications functions under SIC Code 7371/7373/3823. At a minimum, the support required shall include all personnel, equipment, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform the installation and engineering required to perform the missions. The description of the aforementioned services is not meant to be all inclusive, but it only meant to convey a reasonable idea of the types of services being sought, and an idea for the requirements needed for this effort.
