The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission intends to issue a sole source contract to Lipton Corporate Child Care Centers, Inc. located at 1233 20th Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20036 for emergency child care services. The center will provide child care when arrangements are not available from the employee's regular caregiver. The child care center shall provide a safe and secure environment that is in compliance with Federal laws and regulations and local licensing regulations, governing their operation. Proper staff must be maintained that are trained to care for children who are 3 months to 12 years old, on an as needed basis, 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. The center shall ensure that SEC employees will have the ability to purchase spaces in the center to secure priority use by SEC employees.
