Request for Proposals for the operation of the Loring Job Corps Center located on the Loring Air Force Base, Limestone, Maine. It is anticipated that the resultant contract will cover the period May 01, 2001 through April 30, 2003, plus three governmental unilateral renewal options of one year each. The approximate average capacity strength is 380 students (235 residential males, 135 residential females, 5 non-residential males, and 5 non-residential females). A Pre-Proposal Conference will be convened at 9:00 a.m. on September 8, 2000, in the Community Center Ballroom, Corner of Taft and Georgia Roads, Loring Air Force Base, Limestone, ME. There will be a tour of the facility immediately following the Pre-Proposal Conference. Upon entering the facility, tour participants must report to and register in the Community Center Ballroom at the Loring Job Corps Center, Loring Air Force Base, Limestone,MA.
