The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, supervision, equipment, and the laboratory facility required for the performance of the contract. The services will include but not limited to analysis and interpretation of specimens submitted and providing for courier services for specimen pick up. All laboratory results will be transmitted to the institution within 24 hours after pick up of specimen. The anticipated period of performance will be as follows: one base year to begin October 1, 2000 through September 30, 2001 with four subsequent one year option periods.
