The VA Medical Center, Fayetteville, N.C. intends to negotiate contracts with multiple contractors within the VAMC, catchment area to provide for Optometry Services for eligible beneficiaries. Contractor will provide the facility, staffing, equipment and supplies required to perform services. The contract physician must be licensed to practice optometry in the State of North Carolina. All beneficiaries referred will be seen at the Contractor's place of business. VA intends to award contracts to providers located in Fayetteville, Jacksonville and Wilmington, N.C.
