The contract shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for moving services; services for storage and warehouse operations; services for self-service supply center operations; services for contract records management and administrative clerical support. The services will be performed at the Pentagon, Alexandria, VA, Fort Belvoir, VA and Defense activities located within the National Capital Region (NCR) -- 50 mile radius of the Pentagon, with some requirements outside of the NCR such as deliveries to Williamsburg, VA or Burlington, NJ. The Government intends to make one award, but may make two awards if a single contractor is not equipped to handle the entire requirement. The contract will be for a base year plus four (4) option year periods. This requirement is a 100% 8a set-aside.
