Goldratt Institute for the purpose of the facilitation of the Theory of Constraints (TOC) Thinking Processes and Logistical Applications (Drum-Buffer-Rope, Replenishment and Critical Chain Project Management) to assist the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
