Facsimile Machine,904-542-1098 The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Jacksonville FL is seeking to identify potential sources and their capabilities for providing adminstrative support services within the Southeast Region: NAS Jacksonville FL, SUBASE Kings Bay GA,NAVSTA Mayport FL,NAVSTA Pasacaloula MS, and NWS Charleston SC.Service include: employee administrative services, training program support,travel support services,office adminstrative services,command adminstrative support,FISC Jacksonville message center operation,main room services,office supplies,material, and equipment management,facilities,transporation services,and office equipment management,special service support,contract support services,Kings Bay Detachment marketing program,food purchases for naval ships,Subsistence Total and Receipt Electronic System (STORES) and integrated Logistics Support Management Information System(ILMIS) system adminstration, FISC Pascagoula Detachment supply issue and Comptroller support.FISC Jacksonville intends to solicit proposals for an OMB A-76 Cost comparison study. The purpose of the study is to determine the most efficient and cost effective method of providing admininstrative support services for the Southeast Region. In accordance with OMB A-76, the offer determined to repersent the best value to the Government will be compared to the Government's proposal to perform the aboves services. Commercial proposals will not result in a contract if Government performance is determined to be more advantageous. The projected date for issuance the solicitation is 21 September 2000. Interested sources are requested to submit a statement demonstrating their capability to perform the responsibilities listed above. Responses are limited to two pages, and should include a description on the company and its experience relative to the performance of this or similar. Responses must also identify the business size and whether the business is designated as small business,small disadvantaged,and/or women-owned small business.This acquisition will be conducted under Standard Industrial Classification Code 7389 that establishes $5 millons as the threshold for small business.
