Approximately 200 feet at the beginning of the project will be replaced with concrete roadway. The project will be in three phases. Phase I will be a half-mile driveway, main driveway, and turn around; Phase II will be the asphalt parking lot addition to include six parking spaces; and Phase III will begin at the loop road section (end of Phase I) and continue to the end of the project including curb and gutter with concrete flumes. Phase II and Phase III will be add alternates. The estimated price is expected to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This project is currently unfunded. There is a possibility that the award will be made before September 30. It may not be awarded until funding becomes available the first part of next fiscal year.
