The existing air handler and condenser are located in the attic areas, the compressor is located in the basement. Since the air handling system is located in a loft area above the Carpenter Shop, there are two options for removal of the system. The roof can be removed and equipment installed or scaffolding can be set up inside the Carpenter Shop to remove the equipment. The use of scaffolding is the preferred option.
