Job Location: Kalaupapa National Historical Park, Kalaupapa, Molokai, Hawaii. This contract is for the application of Government-furnished, Hydro-Stop Waterproofing materials on Saint Francis Church. The contractor shall furnish all expertise, labor, necessary materials not furnished by the Government, and equipment necessary to perform all operations including, but not limited to preparation of surfaces for, and application of a U.V. resistant elastomeric compound reinforced with a non-woven polyester fabric; preparation for and application of flashing at junctions between roof and vertical walls; preparation for and application of sealants at eaves and rakes; and clean up. The Government requires a firm, fixed-price contract. Award will be on Best Value based upon demonstrated past experience, verified satisfactory references, and price. The Standard Industrial Classification code is 1761. Contract duration is 30 calendar days from notice to proceed (NTP). The price range for this contract is from $25,000 to $100,000.
