Replacement of carpet and tile with new vinyl sheet flooring, new carpet in one area, painting, and ceiling work. The work will be accomplished during evenings and weekends. Removal and re-installation of handrails, etc. is required. Extension rings and other devices will be needed to provided so that existing outlets, etc. will be flush with new plaster.
