Contractor shall provide all material, labor, equipment and supervision required to completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures to perform work on Project No 550-00-10-107, IEPA Upgrades/Modify Ash Removal System at Incinerator and 550-00-112, Demolish and Remove Old Incinerator at the VA Medical Center, Danville, Illinois as required by the contract drawings and specifications. IEPA Upgrade/Modify Ash Removal System -- work includes, but is not limited to, installation of new wet scrubber cooling circuit including heat exchangers; cooling tower and pumps; motor starters and control system modifications; new main incinerator control panel, new data acquisition system, new electric chain hoist with trolley and trolley beam supports, and new as cart dumper and ash carts; Demolition and removal of old incinerator work includes, but is not limited to, removal and disposal of primary chamber, secondary chamber, automatic waste loader, auxiliarygas burners and piping, combustion air systems, control panel and wiring and power wiring, high temperature breeching and stack stub, and boiler inlet damper. The construction cost range for this procurement is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1711.
