a modification to the synopsis entitled Bridgeport Lath under
1-0-S4-c9523 which was posted on July 17, 2000. You are notified that
the following changes are made: add installation, checkout, and
training. Installation: Installation of equipment to include leveling,
wiring, and any other requirements as needed to insure that equipment
is in proper working order. Installation to be completed by a
manufacturer's certified technician. Appropriate paperwork is to be
completed and filed with the manufacturer to ensure that the warranty
is in force from the manufacturer. Checkout: INSPECT MACHINE FOR ANY
CRATING ITEMS NOT REMOVED INSPECT MACHINE FOR ANY MISSING OR DAMAGED
PARTS INSPECT AND VERIFY LEVELING BOLTS AND PADS ARE PROPER CLEAN ANY
SHIPPING GREASE OFF THE WAYS & SCREWS CHECK ALL OIL & LUBE RESERVOIRS
INSTALL ANY OPTIONS CHECK INCOMING VOLTAGES, AMPERAGES, & GROUNDING PER
REPORT INSTALL CRT ASSEMBLY CHECK ALL RIBBON CABLES, COMPUTER BOARDS,
AND ASSOCIATED PLUG IN BOARDS, AND TERMINAL CONNECTIONS A LUG AND PULL
TEST IS PERFORMED ON EACH WIRE AND CONNECTOR INSPECT POWER SUPPLY
INSPECT CIRCUIT BREAKERS APPLY POWER TO MACHINE RECORD ALL ELECTRICAL
READINGS ON THE REPORTS VERIFY X AND Z AXIS HOME SWITCHES AND POSITIONS
RECORD X AND Z BACKLASH COMPENSATION VALUES VERIFY DOOR INTERLOCK
