The software provides interactive exercises with recording and playback capability, an extensive vocabulary, full motion video to meet requirement for basic skills learning. Vendors believing they can provide a similar product may submit a written response within 15 days of the publication date. No contract will be made on the basis of offers/proposals received in response to this notice. Written responses must include pricing and information sufficient to enable the government to determine if a solicitation will be issued.
