Issue Date: 8/22/00. Item 0001: Conduct Review and Analysis.(Quantity:
1 Each.) Conduct a review and analysis of available treatment
technologies for the remediation of contaminated soils for the RRA.
Additionally review and analyze soil and groundwater innovative
remediation technologies for future remediation at MMR. Recommend to
NGB technologies deemed to be feasible for successful remediation of
explosive contaminated soil and groundwater. Delivery date: 9/30/01.;
Item 0002: Coordinate/ Facilitate 3rd Party Technical review.(Quantity:
1 Each). Coordinate and facilitate the third party technical review and
evaluation of the demonstration of innovative/alternative technology to
treat contaminated soils. These services include: Technical evaluation
and review of the lab-scale treatability studies/and proposed work
plan for the treatment of soils for the prospective RRA sites (six
sites) Technical evaluation of the performance of the proposed RRA soil
processing/biological treatment Technical evaluation and review of the
lab-scale treatability studies/and proposed work plan for innovative
soil and groundwater remediation technologies for future remediation
Technical evaluation of the performance of the proposed innovative soil
and groundwater remediation processes. Delivery date: 9/30/01.; Item
0003: Meetings/Technology Presentation Services. (Quantity: 1 Each).
Meetings/Technology Presentation Services. Participate in and provide
all necessary or requested support for various project management team
meetings and MMR public meetings. These services will involve
providing updates on technologies, services performed and other
information as required for the following meetings: -- NGB/IAGWS
project team meetings (2 meetings /month for a one year period) --
Monthly Impact Area Review Team (IART) public meetings -- Monthly MMR
Senior Management Board (SMB) meetings Delivery date: 9/30/01. ; All
