This is a Sources Sought Announcement only. Presently, a solicitation is not available and the government will not respond to any solicitation requests. Contract Information: The EPA is anticipating that we will award a Firm-fixed-price, Service Contract, with Phase I w/an an option for Phase II. Purpose: EPA Headquarters in Region 5, Chicago, IL, needs a responsible contractor to conduct an assessment of diversity issues and develop recommendations and strategies aimed at making our Region more effective in meeting our mission and becoming an employer of choice. The contractor shall design a strategy for conducting focus groups and individual in-depth interviews in preparation for a cultural audit of Region 5 employees. Project Description: The contractor must perform tasks in accordance with the government's SOW (Statement of Work). SOW tasks shall consists of the contractor; Orientating themselves by becoming familiar with aspects of the Region's cultural diversity initiative; Developing interview questions, arranging, conducting and analyzing interviews and focus groups; Making preparations for distribution of the survey; Distributing and administering the survey to Region 5 personnel; Preparing survey data (statistical data); and, Submitting a comprehensive Report of Findings. The government is considering for this effort firms under the 8(a) Program, HUBZone Program, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, and Small Business concerns.
