This project is divided into three phases: 1- Perform visual inspection of Well #8 and pump performance at Robins Air Force Base Georgia. 2- Rehabilitate Well #8 depending on the video analysis. 3- After completion of Phase 2, if determined by the Government, replace the emergency stand-by diesel engine with a generator that will run all electrical equipment for Well #8 and replace all of the electrical system to bring it up to today's codes.
