Interested parties are advised that the State Licensing Agency for the Blind (SLA) has expressed an interest in this procurement, so this acquisition may be conducted in accordance with the Randolph-Sheppard Vending Facilities Act (P.L. 83-556 as amended by P.L. 93-516) as implemented by AFI 34-206, Vending Facility Program for the Blind on Air Force Property and DoD Directive 1125.3.
