The Federal Bureau of Prisons, South Central Regional Office, Dallas, Texas, intends to make a single award for the provision of Comprehensive Medical Services for the inmate population at the United States Penitentiary (USP) in Pollock, Louisiana. Services to be provided shall include inpatient/outpatient facilty services, inpatient/outpatient physician services, and outpatient institution services. Services shall be provided within a 20 mile radius of the the USP. The contract type is a firm fixed price, indefinite delivery/requirements contract. The contract period shall consist of a 12-month bas period and four 12-month option periods for renewal. The estimated quantities for these periods are as follows: Base Year -- 70 inpatient days, 180 outpatient visits; Option Year 1 -- 105 inpatient days, 210 outpatient visits; Option Year 2 -- 140 inpatient days, 250 outpatient visits; Option Year 3 -- 175 inpatient days, 275 outpatient visits, Option Year 4 -- 200 inpatient days, 300 outpatient visits.
