The VA Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) system is intending to contract to have large volumes of parcels containing patient prescriptions picked up daily from several locations within the continental U.S., taken to contractor's facility(ies), processed, pre-Sorted and transported to the appropriate USPS Sectional Facility Center (SFC). All accomplished with contractor provided supervision, employees, equipment and vehicles. This procurement is designated for full and open competition. Large businesses who submit offers will also be required to submit a Small Business Sub-contracting Plan for consideration in evaluations. The applicable SIC Code is 7389, and the size standard is $5 Million.
