Kuney, Contract Specialist, (703) 784-5822, X254 Sources Sought -- The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM), Director Program Analysis and Evaluation (PAE), has on-going requirements for analytical services supporting the formulation of acquisition and business strategies. Potential vendors must possess a demonstrated history in one, or more, of the following disciplines: Business case development; process and workflow modeling and simulation; tracking and forecasting trends within industry sectors; conducting formal surveys; commercial product evaluations; life cycle costing; and general cost/risk-performance trade studies. The focus of performance shall be upon defense acquisition programs and related initiatives supporting program milestones. Vendors will be presenting analytical findings, formal reports, and executive-level briefings to key decision-makers within the Command. Imperative to these requirements shall be a demonstrated ability to apply quantified analysis, employ operations research and decision science techniques, apply modeling and simulation, and produce scientific findings and business strategies. Firms capable of accomplishing the required services, in whole or in part, are invited to submit a response to this notice.
