Brief Description: Contractor shall provide a licensed Physical Theropist and accompanying Administrative Assistant for individual work site ergonomic assessment, referral, and employee education intervention services, herein referred to as "Ergonomic Intervention Services" (EIS) to provide ergonomic evaluations, referrals, documentations, and education services to Government beneficiariesin accordance with Performance Work Statement which will be made available in the solicitation after a required waiting period.
