IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.2 FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION AFTER EXCLUSION OF SOURCES, this acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns only, under SIC code 1761. Work consists of complete removal of existing roof systems and installation of new built-up roofing systems. Roofing operations may require the disconnection, removal, reinstallation and reconnection of mechanical equipment and piping. There is one additive bid, Option I: Repair Roof Munitions Facility (Bldg 41). The project is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000. Time of completion for this project is 60 days following notice to proceed. Bid opening date is Friday, 08 SEP 2000 at 02:00 PM.
