The work consists of constructing a new concrete and sheet piling gas dock that will be 60' long and 10' wide with a 30' by 18' work area for fuel pumps and a sewage pump-out station at the end of this to form an "L" shape. Bid Additive #1 will be the complete replacement of the 3" x 12" wood decking on a 30 foot by 196 foot dock, and the repair of the wood cribbing on that dock. Bid Additive #2 will be replacement of an 18' x 95' concrete plank boat ramp. Bid Additive #3 will be construction of a 30' x 60' cold storage warehouse.
