Contract includes, but is not limited to, renovation and replacement of remaining infrastructure systems of Cadet rooms, encompassing architectural finishes, electrical systems and mechanical systems, asbestos abatement, doors, finish hardware, gypsum drywall, tile flooring, carpeting, painting, plumbing, electrical and mechanical work. This will be a Firm Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract with a basic plus three option years. The estimated magnitude over the life of the contract is between $25 million and $100 million. The estimated basic year magnitude is between $5 million and $10 million. The applicable SIC Code is 1522 and a small business size standard for this acquisition is one where the average annual receipts of the concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years does not exceed $17 million. The acquisition is being competed unrestricted IAW the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. Women-owned and small disadvantaged business concerns are encouraged to submit offers. A Small Business Subcontracting Plan is required prior to award if a large business is selected for award.
