The requirement: The work is situated at the Folsom Dam, approximately 2 miles north of Folsom in Sacramento County, California. The principal components of the work include: Removal of tape coating from the 25' length of the 72" diameter pipe (Hinkle Wye) while protecting adjacent surfaces; surface preparation of the exterior of the pipelines, penstocks and miscellaneous items; painting of the exterior of the pipelines, penstocks, expansion joints, supports, access stairs, walways, platforms, ladders and all other miscellaneous items; and removal, containment and proper disposal of hazardous waste materials.
