The contractor shall be responsible for all plant, labor, equipment, and necessary supplies to perform the following work as required by the Government. Work to be perform includes, but is not limited to: Removal of existing pole/pad mounted transformers, wiring of other equipment or poles, and reinstalling of Government Furnished Transformer(s) or other equipment or poles as required. Removal of existing concrete pads or repairing or construction of new, and installation of new or used transclosure or chain link fence enclosure over the pads. Performing testing, calibrate adjust or testing, assessment & repair of all equipment, power lines, or supports, etc complete in 12.47/7.2 Electrical Distribution System. Furnish and install new poles, insulators, brackets or mounts, conductors, guys and accessories, etc. Aggregate or concrete pavement, pad, and finishing with seeding and mulching as required. SIC 1731/$11.5 Million. For the purpose of determining the business size, a business concern and its affiliates annual revenue for the past 3 years must not have exceeded $11.5 million in order to be classified as a small business concern. The estimated range of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Base year and two options periods is contemplated. Requirement is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program; therefore, solicitation will be solicited on an Unrestricted basis.
