The 30 CONS/LGCB, 30th Contracting Squadron, Vandenberg AFB, CA 93437 is issuing this synopsis to provide preventive maintenance on approximately 36 classified and 47 unclassified shredders and shredder balers, through-out Vandenberg AFB, for a basic year of 01 Oct 00 through 30 Sep 01, with four option year periods. The solicitation is for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) parts 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-18. All applicable provisions and clauses are included in the actual solicitation to be posted on or about14 Aug 00 at http//www.eps.gov under (FPO FOR VENDORS), (USAF OFFICES), (AIR FORCE SPACE COMMAND LOCATIONS), (30CONS, VANDENBERG AFB, CA, POSTED DATE).
