General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Technology Service (FTS), Office of Information Security (OIS) intends to procure specific makes and models of general purpose information technology workstations and racks. This announcement constitutes the only notice of this intended make-model specific buy. On closure of this announcement, delivery orders are anticipated to Wright Line Inc., a large business under SIC 2522, Computer Peripheral Equipment, to fulfill this requirement. This is notice number GSA-TIM-2000-070. As such a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is for items with specifications to facilitate standardization at the command, augmenting other pre-existing items of the same make and model. Delivery is required in 2-5 days on the LMS switches, but not to exceed 60-days of award to dovetail with project requirements for balance of materials. Quote the option items. The items intended to be procured are listed at the attachments. This notice and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19 (through parts effective on 26 July 2000). No solicitation will be issued. FOB Destination applies to the order on a pre-pay and add basis and not to exceed the lesser of the estimate or actual freight whichever is less.
