This includes equipment, associated supplies and services as specified in the RFP. Contractor must submit a current certificate of JCAHO accreditation as a provider of equipment management with clinical respiratory therapy services with their offer. It is the intent of the Government to award a one (1) year contract with four (4) one-year renewal option, pending availability of each fiscal year appropriations. This solicitation adheres to the format defined in FAR 12.303 for the acquisition of commercial products and shall be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 15.
