These services shall be provided to the inmate population at the Federal Correctional Institution and Federal Prison Camp. The successful contractor shall perform routine and extensive prophylactic procedures and therapeutic procedures on patients referred by the Chief Dental Officer. Contractors will perform duties consistent with the field of Dental Hygiene. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. It is anticipated that these services will be required 30 hours weekly. This is contractual position and will not exceed 30 hours in a given. The anticipated period of performance will be from award, tentatively 11/1/2000 through September 30, 2001. Additionally, the contact shall provide for four (4) twelve month option periods.
