The Government intends to solicit and award a Cost-Plus-Award-Fee contract for a base plus four option years for Mission Support Services for the Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC), Ft Polk, LA. The JRTC holds approximately 10 training rotations per year. The contractor shall provide technical, administrative, and operational services in support of JRTC Operations Group. The contractor shall staff and operate the Operations (OPS) Center and Command Post Exercise (CPX) facility. The contractor shall provide support in controlling the rotational exercises, replicating higher headquarters, and providing Training Analysis and Feedback Facility (TAFF) support. The contractor shall provide continuous sequential scenario exercise planning, developing, coordinating, and will assist the JRTC in the execution of rotations; provide plans and support documents; provide Data Management of all Rotational Training data including collection analysis and development of feedback; provide Battlefield Effect replication and indirect Fire Marking support; provide audiovisual and photographic support; provide equipment warehousing and issuance of MILES equipment; and provide personnel for role players as civilians on the battlefield.
