FUTURE COMBAT SYSTEMS SEMINAR The Picatinny Chapter NDIA in conjunction with the U.S. Army Armament Research Development and Engineering Center will sponsor a Future Combat Systems Seminar on August 23, 2000 in the Lindner Conference Center, Building 1,at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ. Picatinny Arsenal is playing a pivital role in the Gun Armament Technology Development for the Future Combat System. This seminar will provide substantial details concerning the technology programs, their funding profiles, and their procurement strategy to ensure that this crucial effort will be a true partnership with industry. The agenda will provide sufficient insight into the technologies that are being pursued and the opportunities available for the industrial contractors. In addition to briefings from the ARDEC community, LTC M. VanFossen, FCS PM and LTC Michael Byers, FCS TSM, TRADOC have been invited to participate. A registration fee of $75.00 includes administrative costs, breaks and lunch.
